Glam Estate Group was corporatized in 2024 and capitalized with THB 30 million. We are a Phuket-based boutique real estate studio focused on thoughtfully crafted, human-centered properties. We believe the spaces we inhabit shape not only how we live, but how we feel, move, and connect.
Our philosophy is simple: fewer projects, executed properly. We prioritize planning discipline, construction coordination, and design integrity so the finished product remains comfortable to live in and resilient in value.
The group is led by Ms. Dusadee Nawawongparnna. Her background in luxury hospitality with Ritz-Carlton Hotels and W Hotels informs an experience-driven approach to design and delivery. With more than six years of experience in Phuket’s real estate market, she brings a refined understanding of what discerning buyers and long-stay residents seek: authenticity, timelessness, and quiet luxury.
